2 Application

Placing an order or making a purchase at laurensrely.be means that the customer agrees to the applicability of these general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. It is only possible to deviate from these general terms and conditions in writing, whereby the other provisions, terms or conditions remain in full force.

3 Quotations and acceptance of the order

All our quotations are without obligation. We are only bound by an order after we have sent it. Laurensrely.be can, however, decide to subject the validity of the agreement to other conditions, for example when placing an order by minors. We also reserve the right to refuse any order. This decision can be made at its own discretion and without further justification. In this case we will inform the customer of this.

If the customer does not receive a confirmation via e-mail after the order, the order may not have been processed or an error has occurred (eg incorrect e-mail address) In this case, please contact [email protected].

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) days from the day following the delivery, without payment of a fine and without justification. laurensrely.be will in that case refund the amount of the returned purchase to the customer, this usually happens within a period of ten (10) working days, after the items are returned. Each product offer is only valid until the stock runs out. laurensrely.be cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If a product is no longer available, we will notify the customer as soon as possible so that he can cancel his order.

4 Prices and Payments

Unless otherwise specified in the agreement or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid. In the absence of a reflection period within fourteen (14) days after the conclusion of the agreement. In the case of an agreement to provide a service, this period commences on the day after the consumer has received the confirmation of the agreement.

When selling products to consumers, the general terms and conditions may never oblige the consumer to pay more than fifty (50) % in advance. We reserve the right to change prices and rates to correct any errors. If this would be disadvantageous for the customer, he will be notified by e-mail and the customer has the right to cancel the order within ten (10) days. Percentage discount promotions can never be combined with other promotions. Promotional codes are not valid on already discounted products. laurensrely.be cannot be held liable for errors in quoted prices or conditions, or for errors in product descriptions or images. For all purchases we accept online payment via the payment platform of Mollie. The shipment procedure of the order starts from the moment the payment is received by us. 5 Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer with his order. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may give rise to additional costs borne by the customer. Shipping is free with an order from forty (40) euros. With an order under forty (40) euros the shipping costs are specified separately and clearly depending on the chosen shipping method. Delivery is made within Belgium. The delivery of products will, as far as possible, occur within the time specified in the individual order confirmation. The stated delivery times are not binding, but are merely given as an indication. No delay in delivery can lead to a cancellation of the purchase or payment of damages for the benefit of the customer, except in the case of deliberate delay. We have the right to make partial deliveries. In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any amounts paid by the customer will be reimbursed without interest or other compensation.

6 Retention of title

Our website, logos, texts, photos, names and in general all our communications are protected by copyrights. This means that you may not copy or reproduce elements such as our logo, website, photos, names, texts or color combination without our prior permission.

7 Complaints

In order to be admissible, complaints must reach us: in the case of a complaint for non-compliant delivery, eight (8) days after delivery and in case of hidden defects, eight (8) days after discovery of the defect or after the moment at which such discovery could reasonably have happened. The receipt of the goods by the customer covers every possible defect or non-conformity that could then be determined.

8 Loss or theft

Laurensrely.be bears the risk of losing a delivery or theft until delivery of the product to the customer. The customer must notify us in writing of any non-delivery at the mail address: [email protected]. This must be done within a period of fourteen (14) days. We reserve the right to refuse if the customer notifies us of late delivery not within the agreed period of fourteen (14) days.

We are not liable for loss, damage or theft of the product after delivery to the customer.

We only guarantee damage resulting from intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for general or special indirect damage, of whatever nature, suffered by the customer.

9 Force majeure

We are not liable for delays in execution or non-execution of our commitments due to events beyond our control, including production interruptions, difficulties in supply or shortages of raw materials, labor, energy or transport or delays in transport, strikes, lock-outs, work interruptions or other collective labor disputes that affect either ourselves or our suppliers, even if these events are foreseeable.

10 Personal data

11 Proof

All Parties accept electronic proof (e-mail, back-ups, etc.) within the framework of their relations.

12 Severability

If an article of these conditions is declared invalid, this invalidity will not affect the validity of the other articles.

If any part of these terms and conditions is declared too broad, the provision will be enforceable up to the maximum permitted by law.

If any part of these terms and conditions is considered invalid, we reserve the right to replace this part.

13 Applicable law

All rights, obligations, offers and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply, as well as the general terms and conditions themselves, are exclusively governed by Belgian law. All disputes will fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Leuven.

14 Return procedure and Right of withdrawal

You can easily return your products to the address below. It is important to indicate which order it is about. The order number can be found under the barcode on the order paper. The products must be returned completely, undamaged and in the original packaging at the customer's own risk. To be able to make use of this right of withdrawal, the customer will not use the products in a way in which they decrease in value or are damaged.

If the quality of the products is damaged or the returned products are not complete, laurensrely.be reserves the right to refuse the returned products and / or to claim compensation for any loss of value.

Discounted products are not reimbursed. You can return them and in this case you will receive a voucher instead.
