Deliver order

For your order, we need your name, email, address, payment details and sometimes your telephone number. This allows us to deliver your order and keep you informed about your order. This information is requested per order and will be removed upon delivery. Security

All data that you leave with us is saved or kept as a minimum. When placing an order, we ask for your address information, which is kept for six (6) months on our shipping platform Sendcloud. When logging in we use Facebook login and Google login, so we don't have to keep your passwords. We also do our utmost for payments to ensure that everything runs smoothly. That is why we opted for Mollie's service. The protection of your personal data is of great importance to Mollie. What do we do with your data

On laurensrely.be you can only log in via a Facebook account or via a Google account, so there is little to no data stored on our own servers. If you log in via Facebook or Google on our website, one element is kept and that is the ID of your account. We use this to keep track of your orders under your own account and to give you the option to check your orders. When placing an order, we also ask for your address information, which will be stored temporarily at Sendcloud until your shipment is sent. After this we both have an order number with which we can identify your order. Your address information will be stored at Sendcloud for six (6) months. Is your order shipped, then the delivery address and other data will be deleted after six (6) months and we keep only your account ID and order number stored in laurensrely.be. Data is also kept at Mollie for processing the payment. Mollie does not store your personal data for longer than the mandatory legal term or, if such a mandatory legal term does not apply, no longer than strictly necessary for the realization of the objectives for which your personal data were obtained. Your account

You log in at laurensrely.be with a Facebook account or with a google account. Your account contains an ID. As mentioned above, that is the only information that will be left on laurensrely.be. Your details such as: (address, email, payment details) are filled in by the consumer every time he/she wants to make an order. This data is entered at Sendcloud and further processed for shipment.

Cookies

We use cookies to enable a user to log in via Facebook or Google. A cookie is also stored in which we keep track of your acceptance of the cookie policy.

Pixels

To keep track of statistics about our site, we use Facebook pixel. This pixel collects data about the user of the site. Data that we can view ourselves is anonymous and will not be distributed further.
